We currently seek a dynamic professional with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, sound judgment and the drive to create a superior service organization. The selected candidate will be expected to: Identify and prioritize new purchasing affiliate prospects for Catholic Healthcare to optimize efforts and exceed pre-defined revenue goals; establish relationships with the key decision-makers of these prospects Solicit assistance from Premier continuum of care or market development resources as needed in order to support recruitment efforts Provide recruitment progress updates to key CHP constituent groups (OAC, SCN, etc), and collect/maintain market intelligence information on key prospects Act as primary liaison between the vendor community, CHP Supply Chain and the purchasing affiliate Establish communication venues that will keep the purchasing affiliate apprised of relevant supply chain information and orient the purchasing affiliate to the CHP Supply Chain organization
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a healthcare or business discipline Significant healthcare sales or clinical experience with a strong knowledge of alternate site healthcare marketplace Experience in an alternate site class of trade, plus related GPO experience, i.e., Novation, Broadlane, etc. Successful contract negotiation skills and the ability to apply those skills to establish and administer complex contracts for CHP products and services Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience in working with large-scale automated Corporate systems
